DATT Healthy School Environment Survey
The Diabetes Association of Trinidad and Tobago welcomes you to participate in our online survey to examine aspects of the school’s environment that affect students’ health, focusing on secondary schools in Trinidad and Tobago. This survey’s findings will help to guide policy-making and interventions to reduce the high rates of obesity, diabetes and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among children in the country.
- Who can complete survey: Secondary school students only (students in forms 1-6 at the time of school closure in July 2024)
- Survey privacy: Responses collected in this survey are confidential and anonymous.
- Survey participation: Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you can choose not to participate or not to continue at any time. Each participant will have only one submission.
- Survey deadline: Please complete the survey by Thursday 5th September 2024 at 10:00pm.
- Survey completion time: This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
